WOFAN wishes to pursue its mission statement, goal, purpose and objectives through the following values:-
- To work in the rural communities with women, youth and children
- Participatory and responsive in its approach at organizational and community levels
- Encourages participatory monitoring and self-evaluation of projects
- Capacity building at organizational and community levels to attain self-reliance and sustainability
- Ensuring that the voices of the rural and less privilege are heard to influence policies and decisions on issue affecting their well- being.
